On Thursday, December 12, 2011 in a unanimous decision, our board of officers approved the waving of the twenty dollar application fees for the month of January for all new and renewing Loyal Order of Moose members. But, Moose International took it to a whole different level. Moose International is waiving all application dues from January 1st through April 31, 2012. This is great news for our lodge. With Moose International’s dues reduction, it applies to all new members Women of the Moose, Moose Legion, and Loyal Order of Moose memberships. To sign up a new or returning member at our lodge, it will only cost the annual membership dues of thirty five dollars. This is different for the legion and the Women of the Moose. Contact someone within those groups to find out pricing. So, come on guys, if you have someone in mind, now is the time to create some interest. I would like to personally reach out and welcome back Tommy and Erin from Arizona. They have both been gone a long time. It is nice to see them back! In the last newsletter I reported 32 members in our Lodge had signed up one or more new members. There is now a total of 36 members who have signed up new members. Here are the men that have stepped up to help our Lodge as well as Mooseheart and Moosehaven.

Congratulations to Luther Hodges, Mark Smith, Ernie Phillips and Frank Walker; they received a $ 50.00 gas card for signing up 7 new members. We also have 24 members that have received new cards for signing up 2 members. Please keep our dearly departed friend Calvin Borror and his family in your prayers. He will be missed.
