It is with deep sadness that I inform you, our members, that a member and friend has died. Brother Calvin Borror passed away Saturday, October 29, 2011 at Virginia Hospital Center of Arlington from Cardiac Arrest. Many of you remember Calvin as a gruff but friendly person who spent evenings here at the lodge. Calvin really enjoyed putting our social quarter’s staff through their paces. Calvin had many friends here at the lodge. I know he will be missed. Per Calvin’s request there will be no service. He has also donated his body to medical research. For Calvin’s service to our country, he will be eventually interred at Arlington National Cemetery. For his funeral, his daughter will inform us of the date sometime in the future.
