On Friday and Saturday, January 20th and 21st, 2012, the Centreville Moose Lodge will be holding the Moose Legion #185 Winter Celebration.  This is a time when members from around the area come to stay at the hotel next door for a weekend of fun and service.  The Winter Celebration is a time for the Moose Legion #185 to hold a quarterly board meeting, a membership meeting, holds a conferral service, plans the next year’s Moose Legion projects and more.  The speaker for this years Winter Celebration is Andy Dooley (our new state president).  The theme for the celebration is sports.  During each Winter Celebration, the Moose Legion holds a special conferral ceremony for new members.  It is a time when the best perform the Moose Legion ritual for the conferral service.  Now with all this boring items on the schedule, the Moose Legion goes over board to make sure you have a fun time too!  Mixed in during all the scheduled meetings is a lot of camaraderie and fun.  For more information click here!
